Then they jumped on a Motor Cycle and headed to Tennessee

Wedding in the town of Douglas MA. Rachel's wedding went off without a hitch.
They rented this beautiful mansion (1) (2) on a lake and had the ceremony on the water.
The Brides maids were all smiling as well as this little guy. The guests all had  MOJO pig and sides on the back deck (1) (2) (3).

Carolyn knew who to call for her husbands birthday party in South Chatham, MA
Pulled into the backyard on this private event and those 30 MPH wind gusts and snow started.
A friend came to take a picture. Yes, I roast 365 days a year.

We roasted for a Church,  they had about 750 show up from little guys to friends.
Got there to early to setup with a helper Kevin. They were a great crowd (1) (2) (3) (4).
They had rides and utilized the playing field. They had me cutting a couple of 200 pound (MOJO pigs. (1) (2) (3)
They had some questions by the Cookers also. (1)  A great time for all who came that day.
I'd like to thank the Pastor and all that prayed for Frieda (my Mom) who passed away the night before.
I'm sure she got a nice welcome when she got to the Pearly Gates with all of you praying.
With her German accent, she always said "make it extra special and you'll get a lot of business"

It snowed and took us 4 hours to get back to the secret location.

12/10/2011 Christine put on a surprise 40th Birthday Party for her brother in Cortlandt NY.
He thought he was going out for dinner with the family.
I did some Cherry-Wood smoked Chicken, 105 lb Pig, Cornbread and other sides.

5/21/2012 We got Chicken going in Saddle River New Jersey. Here's my roasting line. Here I am at this Pig Roast (1) (2).
They put me (1) (2) (3) across from some tools that these Firefighters are proud (1) (2) (3) (4) (5) (6) of.
You know they had a Beer and Tee shirt tents plus a Dancing tent. Jack arranged a Helicopter landing. ( BB King was not in it ).
They also have a town called Yo Yo Kus. A picture of Jack, Butcher, Mayor and the Clerk. Can't forget about Chuck.
 

5/12/2012 Pig Roast in Groton.  (1)  40th Birthday for John (Dad). His wife Jen put it on and had her Sister there
along with a Spanish lady who loved my MOJO Pig. The kids were in line for the Bounce house. Shot over Cooker.

4/6/2012  Employee appreciation Pig Roast. Alstom makes Electricity in Day-ville CT.
Had to start very early so they could eat by 12:00 noon.
John was my contact person. Marshal was the safety guy and Don handled maintenance.

12/03/2011 I'll be doing a Pig Roast for 200 plus Beef for Brian in Larchmont NY.
They always have the tent guy wrap the house and porches so it stays warm for everyone.
The band plays a mean Mustang Sally always. Good times again.

11/30/2011 I'll be roasting a103 lb Pig,  31 pound Turkey, 19 lb Ham and about 20 Turkey legs.
Law & Order SVU will be using the above for props in a season 13 episode.
I always make things taste and look good. Mike and Sarah are getting the " Hook Me Up " treatment.

He told me he'll be retiring soon and will be making custom wood bowls from unique wood.
