Always transporting your fresh pigs in a refrigerated vehicle. 
Always storing the pigs in refrigeration.
I only roast pigs purchased from Pete The Butcher.
I'll always roast your pig to perfection in a clean stainless steel Roaster.
The inside & outside of Roasters are washed before every event.
Carving the Pig for you is included.

This van I used for large events.
It has 5 sinks, hot & cold running water.
A box Smoker. A grille and griddle.
A 4 bay steam table. Plus my Cooker in tow.
I can roast just about anything for you and your guests.
