How and what my "Just the Pig" Pig Roast includes
All pigs are prepared to dressed state, under Federal inspection.
Always transporting your fresh pigs in a refrigerated vehicle
Always storing the pigs in refrigeration.
I only roast pigs purchased from me.
I'll always roast your pig to perfection in a clean stainless steel Roaster.
The inside & outside of Roasters are washed before every event.
Carving the Pig for you is included.
Private events or I can make special arrangements for you.

I have been in the meat business since 1972
2nd for my Beef Brisket in the 2003 Connecticut State barbeque cook-off. 
This van I use for large events.
It has 5 sinks, hot & cold running water.
A box Smoker. A grille and griddle.
A 4 bay steam table. Plus my Cooker in tow.
I can roast just about anything for you and your guests.
