Please let me know when you book your event.
You and I will set
EATING TIME when you book your event.
Don't send the deposit with a note changing the eating time. I plan my
schedule of events long in advance.
Send deposit checks promptly when you book your event.
Please think about
what time your party starts and what time you'll be eating.
I normally get pigs done at 4:30 PM or sooner. If you need it earlier or later let me know.
I need a level area
for cookers. If that's a problem let me know at booking.
Please do not plan to have me
park next to an outside toilet or in a dog run.
I'm preparing food for your guests. I'll move cooker to the street.
Please, lets keep it clean.
