In the clip below you'll see the Brisket I placed 2nd with
in the 2003 Connecticut state BBQ championship. You'll see how we set up,
how we cook and the team at that time. You don't need a $10,000 cooker to
come in 2nd. The cooker I used cost about $178 at the time. It was made by Weber. The big
guy in the clip talking about quality of meat is not on my team but he can
cook his BUTTS off. The guy with the red shirt and white gloves on is a Rib Master
and also not on my team.
